      Pay is good, benefits are decent, work with good people in the field.

      Minpunten

      Poorly managed, focused on petty things, routing is terrible, communication with management non existent, communication between departments is bad, everyone seems miserable and overworked. Techs are treated like machines. Most of us are looking for something else.

      Work-life balance is nice, very human and enjoyable staff/management, a culture of community

      Minpunten

      Weekends off are hard to come by due to the nature of the job. But PTO is available and management is flexible

      Decent pay and benefits. Good stepping stone for experience then move on.

      Minpunten

      Favoritism is like high school. Don’t get FMLA or they will retaliate against you. Dishonest supervisors. Doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have, if they don’t like you .. you won’t get far in company.
