Salary, some great colleagues, international atmosphere, snacks, business phone

Minpunten

Bad leadership across the board, many unlikeable colleagues, especially in the US, the UK, most of Asia and Germany. There are a few notable exceptions though. Some of the people I have had to work with at GP, were really some of the most unlikealbe I have ever had to deal with (at least so far). Sexist tendencies seem to exist as well in some offices. Favouritisim seems to be present throughout the entire organization and many people are in positions they should not be in.

the only pros are the salary and two hybrid days

Do not take a job with Guidepoint, even if you were a strong student in college and consider yourself a hard worker. The project managers are fine, but the team leads are awful. You won’t learn any tangible skills; the work largely consists of reaching out to people on LinkedIn for hours on end. On top of that, they will let people go very easily. Stay away from this company.
