Salary is slightly higher than most companies in Greece, though it doesn´t match inflation Good bonuses if you reach them It´s okay if you have no experience and you are fresh out of uni

Minpunten

Micromanagement, managers don´t have qualifiactions Lack of tools The "benefits" advertised are not always there Job is repetitive, there is nothing to learn after 3 months Lots of people quit or get fired Favoritism
