-Great training at Flight Safety -Team work is awesome within the technicians on the floor. -Benefits are ok.

Minpunten

-Very weak Service Team Managers. -Pay is weak for the amount of work is done. -No employee recognition -Have to pay for company picnics. -Managers are just in it for themselves.

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
