They treat you as a number not as a person. HR is incredibly unhelpful. Career progression is a joke unless you are a part of the good ole boys. They will promise you career progression and lie about it.

Big corporate politics at times. Some people just love to point fingers. Rules that are very excessive due to incompetence, instead of just firing morons.
