If it’s not a hyper competitive office, you’ll generally have a good work climate with everyone in the office. The website is cumbersome and had to maneuver. Some tax preparers think that CSPs are beneath them because we man the front desk which always leads to very angry confrontations. The managers are stretched really thin so even if they want to resolve an issue, there are about 100 more issues that need to be resolved. It’s hard to have clear communication between headquarters to the districts to the offices so it’s very difficult to know who to talk to.
