Most of the people who work here are helpful. The district managers listen to the taxpros and try to deal with the problems which occur.

You are put into a competitive environment. It is dog eat dog to grab the most clients. If the office managers prepare returns they can override the system and grab all the clients to themselves. Although the company is trying to change it, most of the offices are less than clean. Also, because the pay is based on your commission it is very hard to start at this company. It is not clear to most employees that you are paid on commission.
