The Tax preparers are very knowledgeable about what it takes to prepare taxes correctly. Everyone is a team player which is very important

…but there are too many gaps in the funnel & the communication between the companies we partner with to the systems being used. The daily data is one business day behind- causing missed deadlines due to tech issues yet management will still use that data, making it inaccurate in real time, The training is a very mediocre Salesforce program. AI has become the go to this season, Leadership isn’t what it used to be.
