Pluspunten
I like the people in the field. The projects were pretty interesting and the challenges were unique and exiting. I got to travel to new places, meet new people and learned a lot. Information flows freely but only if you ask. Compensation is competitive.
Minpunten
Company culture. HAKS is a young company and seem to be growing faster than they can manage. Communication from the top is hit and miss. As much as I liked it there, it is a "Job Shop". If you don't have a client / project you don't have a job you need to be bringing in the bacon or they will cut you loose.
