Poor Senior Management Team. Newly implemented management changes have chased out an average of 1-3 great employees a week for several months straight. The Senior Management Team fails to rely on their assigned leaders. Instead, they insist on micromanagement as a part of their daily routine. Inadequate Training. No open door policy. The office politics are suffocating to the rest of the staff. Constant fear of job security. Over the last 2-3 years the atmosphere has also turned extreme unprofessional.
