I strongly advise against working with this company due to their extremely poor management and unprofessional work environment. The management team is not only ineffective but also completely unwilling to offer any support when needed. Issues that are raised are often ignored, and the lack of communication and accountability is astounding. One of the most concerning aspects is the rampant bullying that goes on in the workplace. Despite bringing this issue to HR’s attention multiple times, they have consistently failed to investigate or take any action. Numerous emails detailing the bullying were sent to them, but every single one was completely disregarded. It's disheartening to see a company so dismissive of employee well-being and safety. If you're considering working here, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The toxic environment, combined with the lack of professional support and management, makes this an extremely unpleasant place to work.
