super micromanagement leaves you stressed - they track your every move including going to the toilet. I have never been micromanaged in any company at this extent. I am overworked and underpaid high expectations for workload and KPIs. KPis are too high and unattainable. They work you to the ground for little pay. I have never worked for a company that sets a quota for each day and tracks it with a stat. systems need upgrading. processes are ardous, boring and long. most processes are not automated and leaves room for errors. I would challenge upper management and the CEO to sit in my seat for a week and see how they like it. They wouldn't last a day! Staff are expected to do work for other departments. There is no true specialisation. Closing down branches is also not good for business.
