HC-One is working very hard to make every home a great place to work for colleagues and we are making a lot of positive progress - much of that is thanks to the feedback we get from staff surveys, and the HR surgeries held in homes. In a recent independent staff survey, where nearly 5,000 colleagues took part, nearly 85% of colleagues were satisfied or very satisfied with their role and working for HC-One. A similar number felt well supported by their manager. Nevertheless, feedback from colleagues who are not happy with parts of their job, such as the concerns you’ve raised about management, are equally important. I understand you might not want to discuss your concerns directly with the manager, but please do contact the regional HR or Operations teams, who would be happy to help.
