      The company has a lot of products and are bought mostly from IBM. Working on it a best thing for career and Management is supportive than other companies

      The hikes are much less as compared to work. Need to join the company with higher salary ranges than MNC

      Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
