Azienda di prodotto (no consulenza). Sviluppo agile con Scrum e Jira. Tecnologie moderne specie sui nuovi prodotti (Python, Machine Learning, Docker, Kubernetes, React, Quarkus, Jenkins), si impara molto.

Minpunten

Prodotti esistenti obsoleti (es. Workload Automation) on premise spacciati per cloud native. Non si pratica TDD e BDD, si fanno rilasci a distanza di mesi con test manuali (chiamati SVT) e pratiche burocratiche infinite. Crescita a livello economico lenta.

Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
