1) it is CUSTOMER FIRST and Employee LAST 2) "buttering" to managers will serve good to the employees 3) recognition and benefits are given/approved based on the projects' revenue 4) some managers have bad ethics and attitude towards some employees (if they dont follow their orders) 5) many false promises on promotion and Onsite opps 6) low hike to existing employees 7) some employees even get bad treatment irrespective of the tenure that you serve for the company (2 yrs or even 11 yrs. whatever it maybe)
