Incompetent, 2nd-rate personnel from upper leadership all the way down to the individual contributors. Inadequate or non-existent training Lack of use, or understanding, of methodologies, which leads to poorly executed projects. It's literally a blind leading the blind environment. And to add fuel to the fire, most of its employees are arrogant and even defensive because of their lack of knowledge, and awareness that capable consulting firms have much better foundations and utilize methodologies, etc. Ridiculous reimbursement policy. Full-time employees should not have to pay for lodging, food, and transportation out of their own pockets and get reimbursed later. And to add insult to injury, the individuals responsible for the reimbursement process do not hold up their end, which results in reimbursement payments that are supposed to be dispersed weekly, get delayed weeks, and for some people, months. Horrible pay. I was initially offered less than my salary 5 years prior Laughable 2 weeks of vacation, despite your 10+ years of experience
