Meritocracy - Fair Environment, Transparent Feedback Mechanisms. Responsibility - Higher responsibility to people willing to stretch themselves to get to the next level. Empowerment - Employee First is really about Empowering the interface with the customer... Amazing shift from companies which are focused on top down decision making. Growth - with some businesses in the company growing @ 15% - 20% CQGR, growth opportunities for any person willing to work hard for additional responsiblity and career growth is great.

Minpunten

If you are a person who needs to be constantly supervised and told what you need to do, this is not a company for you. If your focus is not career development, instead, you are looking for some quick wins in salary... you are probably better off with companies who make salary their only differentiator.

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Minpunten

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
