Data Center Exposure
Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location
Can have a lot of downtime
Not aggressively tracking you on everything
Job is not difficult

Pay could be better
Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract
not directly employed by data center company.
No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL.
Management is a bit scattered.
