Very employee friendly culture, i haven't seen bossism during my 4 years tenure. People who are interested in onsite opportunities, for them this is one of the best companies to join with.

Minpunten

Salaries are not up to the industry standards in India, but onsite opportunities more. If you are not really interested in onsite opportunities, will get disappointed a bit with your pay slip.
