Good hours to work. Good work life balance.

Minpunten

Taking 60+ calls a day from angry customers with 20 seconds inbetween. Expected to have great survey results when you're being worked to the bone. Myopic managers putting you on glide paths or pips in the middle of the month when you've had no previous poor performance. Cliquey management, progressing is some sort of popularity contest. Ridiculously unhelpful managers getting awards! Lol! General horrible atmosphere in the office.

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Minpunten

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
