Staggering level of incompetence and apathy in senior management, HR and payroll. Unwillingness to spend money on anything even when it would demonstrably save money. Low starting salary, barely above minimum wage, no pay rises, opportunities for advancement only due to high turnover. Terrible hours; no sick pay. Toxic atmosphere where literally everyone below senior management passionately hates the company. Blatant nepotism (this may have been addressed as some senior staff were investigated for favouring relatives in a tender).
