Good Technical Projects, Good Senior Management. Professionally Senior Management is always ready to provide the support. Good training infrastructure. Good perks for bringing in new projects by delivery team. Insurance and medi-claim policy is really good.
Minpunten
Process is overdone here, its a big killer for PMs, specially PCI audits. Centralization of Power by Senior management, for anything and everything you need to go to DU and SDU head, as such no powers to PM and SPM. Transportation is a big mess. For any R&R, its 95% of the time certificates, no monitory benefits. Least interaction with HRs. Increments no transparency. Sales focus only on low hanging fruits, not much focus on Mech. Domain.
