They don't value experience and they love to micromanage you. They tell you their SOW is the scope of work but when they change it on the fly tell you it's a living document. Trying to assist with process improvements is worthless because all they care about is closing tickets. If you vastly improve a process they hem and haw about the tickets you could have closed instead. Do not work for them.
