Exposure on end to end functions, exposure to both legacy and cutting edge technology, excellent client portfolio, Noida campus is an absolute beauty of a work location

Minpunten

Leadership and management of specifically infrastructure domain needs an overhaul, they are still working as if it's the early 90's and 2000's. HR is by far the most useless function an employee can engage with, that will never be unbiased and provide a fair decision when a dispute arises. Currently the work environment has become hostile owing to the recent organisational restructuring.

It was a job. Pros??? None

Low pay, no Communication. They Lie. My contract ran out, We had a lot of work and not enough people. They told me they were exyending my contract and to come back to work on Monday. I went to work on Monday and I was locked out of the system. All my id's were disabled. I have been waiting for two weeks to be rehired. At first people were sending out emails to find out what was going on, now there is nothing. I've been ghosted. This happened to a number of people. Plus the people they just let go !!!!!
