- Great management and leaders! Friendly and open door policy. The leadership I had on my project were willing to help and made employees feel like equals and not less than. -401K Matching - Scheduling. Weekdays only and no later than 6 PM workdays depending on project assigned to.

Minpunten

-Occurance point system. Company does not excuse absences even with doctors notes, etc. Unless you have the time available as PTO, don't be absent. Points accrue quickly and after 10, you will be let go. -Pay.
