Underneath the endless perks is an underbelly of internal politics, intimidation, and backstabbing worse than a daytime soap opera. You can't throw a ping pong table and a gym in a building and call it your "culture." Also, whatever book is the hot talk of the day becomes a new policy and direction for the company.
