To address some of your concerns, compensation is actively being reviewed by HR to ensure a more standardized pay structure across our organization based on current market benchmarking, location, tenure, etc. Within the past year, we have also expanded our benefits and a recent survey shows that 91% our of employees were satisfied with our current overall package. Shifting from an employee-owned company to a privately owned one does come with its fair share of changes, but overall the end goal is the company's and our employee's continued success.
