New owner doesn't manage anyone/anything. Employees stand around and talk all day. Cooks don't care to make good food. It's a hard place to work if you're the only one who cares about giving great services and hot food. Owner only cares if you boost his ego and talk to him/ manipulate him into thinking you're just a nice person. He doesn't care about the work you do there. He also caters to his family that works there. It's a very toxic place.
