salary and benefit is great, it makes you think twice or more before deciding to leave for good

Minpunten

the never ending work that requires you to stay for longer hours, weekend and even some holidays. after a certain level no more overtime - tho stated that it's already included in the monthly salary, i dont think it's match how much work and time we have to put in to finish the work
