Co-Workers are great to work with, almost like a second family. That is about the only good thing going these days.

Management doesn't have a clue to what they are doing. Have taken one of the best machining houses in the city and ruined it. Always looking for someone to blame for their short comings. They have either gotten rid of their good people or have overloaded the ones that have remained and some of them are leaving on their own.
