HNTB pay structures are decent and generally in compliance with the market rates.
Minpunten
- Employees have very little control over their growth plan. - Management does not like over ambitious employees - A 'good' employee has to adhere to the growth plan set by the management. - Too much of politics within the firm - it determines your promotion, salary etc. - The firm has far less technical people to support on projects. On the contrary, HNTB has got too many project managers/marketing folks to make good presentations.
