Pluspunten

1. Flexible hours to work. 2. various project types, and a lot of learning opportunities 3. Many social events, Groups, and programs (regionally and global) to get along with a lot of professionals, a good opportunity to build network. 4. Weekly lunch and learns, - a good opportunity to learn about products, and building network with vendors. 5. Provide resources for exams, event registration, and memberships.

Minpunten

1. Inefficient leadership, no clear distinction between expertise of team member in order to distribute the task. 2. No team integrity, unclear instructions causing a lot of confusion and unnecessary revisions - unproductive time usage. 3. Disappointing management, sometimes very difficult to deal with corporate duplicities, especially for new or young professionals. 4. Stressful environment, not good for mental or physical health. 5. Not a good place to deal with international legalities ( e.g work Visa), if you are seeking sponsorship.

Pluspunten

Great overall office culture in Atlanta. Health benefits are average for a larger firm. Good mentorship program and lots of tools at your disposal form day one. Structured hybrid 2/3 work schedule.

Minpunten

Favoritism in Atlanta Interiors is evident. Exclusionary in some regards to people who don't quite fit in. Resource planning is fly by night and unstructured, causing some people to be over worked while others just coast by. Work agreements between office locations prevents ease of resource scheduling. Pay is sub-par for a firm of this size. CEO partnership is a joke, old school mentality keeping the firm from having a single female CEO. Path to advancement is not clear at most levels.
