It was a very fun and creative job (until it wasn't due to forcing the use of AI in every step of story development), but the highlight of this journey was meeting some incredible people and entire creative processes with two amazing narrative designers I've had the opportunity to work with. The company had a lot of potential, but the more money it made, the worse it all became.
Minpunten
I mean, where to start... Ego-maniacal money hungry CEO, incompetent unsupportive narrative team lead, terrible organization and untransparent communication, overworked and underpayed people, AI torture, and cherry on top - sacking the entire narrative team and feeding all their work and ideas into AI to continue making money.

A perfect place for workaholics

I was living my life peacefully, completely forgetting about this company, and then—bam!—I get a response to my review. I read this AI-generated masterpiece and can’t help but laugh. The way they shamelessly churned out a response in that sugary nonsense style is something else. I also noticed a sudden flood of five-star ratings, even though no one had rated this company highly before. Makes me think someone either used AI again or rounded up current employees to sing its praises. But the funny part? Even these glowing reviews admit that overworking is inevitable. Now, to be fair, the company is great—if phrases like personal life, relationships, hobbies, friends make your eye twitch, and all you want in life is a career and endless work. Then you’ll love it! But this sudden outpouring of praise just proves that people do read reviews and steer clear of toxic workplaces. And it looks like someone’s getting nervous about having no one left to exploit soon. So, huge thanks to Glassdoor for helping protect people’s mental health! As for my opinion on Holy Water—it hasn’t changed: Run
