When managers aren't wasting time in what they call "extended conversations," you can often find individuals like "Trip" sitting at their desks pretending to answer emails. In reality, they appear to spend much of their time scheming over who to fire next. All while showing very little understanding of how the production floor actually operates.

Dishonest and retaliatory management and HR team. Employees have been fired for contracting COVID, and HR appears to make decisions based on personal relationships rather than performance or policy.
Notable cases include a Down syndrome employee fired for being “too slow” and a pregnant employee who was prevented from returning to work after giving birth. Once leadership decides they want an employee gone, they discriminate or retaliate with little to no accountability. They'll go as far as creating a fake papertrail to justify termination.
