There are not many major cons. Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year.
