Ok work environment. Colleagues are ok and mostly will work together as a team to resolve issues.

Minpunten

Long working hours due to late night or very early morning calls to work with counterparts based in America or Europe, and also need to work during normal hours day time due to teams based in Singapore & Asia. Management said have to manage your own work-life balance, which is difficult when management kept loading you work... Management direction or priorities changes depending on who were the department / division management. When retrenched, direct manager called you into meeting room, informed you of the retrenchment due to department restructuring. No further sharing of why the change. Then said would email you the retrenchment package and to contact him if any question. All done in 5 mins....

There are not many major cons. Good working culture. It falls a little prey to acting like we're a family and not a business, but at least it doesn't pretend "we work hard, we play hard".

Minpunten

ELT and upper management have zero vision for the company besides desperately trying to pull up stock prices. Company continues to make deep long-term sacrifices for short term gains, that barely rise above the performance of our competitors. Benefits weaken each year. Example: CVS Caremark now handles RxD insurance, and CVS Caremark is incompetent and exploitative.
