When I started the people were really mission driven. It is small so you have the chance to do a lot and make a big impact.

When HB was acquired, everything started going downhill. Capella wanted to make money off of it and started scaling too fast. They ruined the relationships HB had worked had to create with partner companies and alum. They fired so many leaders on the team who were around before the acquisition and then replaced them with incompetent people from outside the tech industry. Also they have zero perks, you will get a paycheck and health but that's it.
