🚨 Unethical Practices Alert – A Personal Experience to Help Others Stay Aware 🚨
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this, but it’s time people are made aware of certain deeply unethical practices being carried out by some companies under the guise of professional environments.
Here are a few serious concerns based on actual experiences:
🔹 Salary Deduction of Government-Funded Stipends:
Amounts credited by the Government of India under Skill Development programs are being unjustly deducted from employee salaries. This is both unethical and likely illegal.
🔹 Workplace Misconduct:
Employees, especially female colleagues, have faced inappropriate comments, shayaris, and double-meaning texts inappropriate touching under desks from reputated member. Complaints made to the department go ignored or are brushed aside — creating a toxic work culture.
