HackerRank has done an awesome job at setting a great culture of humility, honesty and hard work and it starts at the top with our CEO. We’ve also done a great job of building upon it with hiring the right people. While we’ve done a good job at putting the best people in the best positions to be successful. I think an area we can improve on is stability. There has been many changes in the org which may cause uncertainty with the rest of the company.
