Great software. Industry focus is interesting and complex People are pretty good to work with Management is flexible if you are deemed trustworthy Communication is generally transparent The owners are very hands on Thursday team lunches are fun

Minpunten

WFH is tolerated (trust issues IMO). WFH limited to 2 days a week Business model is somewhat dated in terms of getting product built Until company expands staff there is limited opportunity to grow

Thank you for your review and feedback. At Halaxy we really value honesty and transparency and always welcome feedback. As you mentioned, our software is great- we totally agree! We love our Thursday lunches and team get togethers too. Regarding work from home, we have a hybrid approach of 2 days WFH and 3 days in the office (Tues, Wed, Thurs) which we feel is a nice balance. We can collaborate in person effectively, as a team over a coffee whilst still having the flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. In terms of career progression, we have recently promoted several team members that have stepped up and taken on more responsibility, they have proven themselves over time and we reward these team members. With regards to expanding staff, its great you raised this, we are in the process of hiring many new team members globally- which is very exciting! Halaxy is an amazing place to work. Office location is A+. Being part of the tech team, they are actively building out the team and provide you with opportunities to grow professionally. Halaxy is a very powerful system, so getting stuck into the codebase can be quite daunting at first but there is always someone you can reach out to and they give you tasks which ease you into the development process. Team building and food are important here - big emphasis on food! Really great environment to work in overall.

Minpunten

It's a 9 hour work day (pro - it's a 1 hour paid lunch break) so some days it can be quite tiring depending on your commute to the office, but this con is easily outweighed by the pros :-)

Flexible WFH days and lots of multi-cultural celebrations throughout the year. Food is a big part of the culture at Halaxy and everyone is treated to free gourmet lunches every Thursday in addition to a generous helping of snacks and sweets! There is also a clear sense of community as birthdays, milestones and achievements are always celebrated together. Mental health is a clear priority here with employees receiving free certifications and training to help others as well. Great pay with consistent salary reviews which also includes a very generous parental leave pay for non-birthing parents. The Halaxy software is always improving with big strides in AI and integrations. This makes it a very exciting place to grow and learn with amazing team members and equally supportive leadership as well.
