Halaxy is an amazing place to work. Office location is A+. Being part of the tech team, they are actively building out the team and provide you with opportunities to grow professionally. Halaxy is a very powerful system, so getting stuck into the codebase can be quite daunting at first but there is always someone you can reach out to and they give you tasks which ease you into the development process. Team building and food are important here - big emphasis on food! Really great environment to work in overall.

It's a 9 hour work day (pro - it's a 1 hour paid lunch break) so some days it can be quite tiring depending on your commute to the office, but this con is easily outweighed by the pros :-)

Flexible WFH days and lots of multi-cultural celebrations throughout the year. There is also a clear sense of community as birthdays, milestones and achievements are always celebrated together.
