Low pay, ridiculous expectations, high learning curve, very little support. Physically demanding job, tedious beyond imagination, hours around holidays are outrageous. Displays are very difficult to put together. No financial incentive for doing a good job. Never enough hours to accomplish the expected tasks, yet RMs are constantly criticized for taking longer than allotted hours.
