Policies are bad. Employee needs to punch card/thumb every time even going to cafeteria within office premises. Employee needs to submit their cell phone, like going to detention center. No career growth. Using old stack. you can not learn something new here. No job stability. Company can kick you out any time. No other benefits. No retention policy for employees. Only 10 holidays in total (for casual, sick leave). Weekend can be on for developer and QA if higher management wants something to be done. No compensations for employee extra time.
