Food on shift, you get to meet a lot of nice people and work with a big team

Minpunten

Can be very unsociable hours which can mess up your daily routine, I worked there as a student, so it didn't always line up very well but I needed the extra cash. Minumum wage, but that's expected I guess

Consistent hours, employee discount for hotel stays was a big bonus, owners and management was generally always on-call to assist with any problems.

Minpunten

Management was unable to resolve conflicts between staff, members of management caused a significant amount if drama and often created a hostile work environment.
