The company don’t care about staff at all. Senior management are in their own world. There is little support within the company between senior and less senior members of staff. Micromanaged. The company are very very tight and don’t like to spend any money at all on staff, and will try to find anyway to get out of paying bonuses, despite making many millions as a company. Very badly run as a company, too many people in the wrong places.
