It is a fast paced environment with a leadership team that focuses on the now as well as future growth opportunities for the company and the individual. As an employee, I appreciate the ability to jump right into projects and have an active role with a voice. It is encouraging to know that there are growth opportunities available and challenges in front that create opportunity in itself.
