From the moment I first interviewed at handle I knew there was something unique about them and I wanted to be a part of it! After a few years working in a heavily KPI driven corporate agency I was keen for something different and handle couldn't have been more accommodating on my quest for just that. Coming from such a corporate environment I was desperate for a more relaxed way of working and initially loved that about handle. However, sometimes I felt the lack of KPIs quite hard and definitely think they shouldn't be shunned altogether as they provide clarity and focus, especially for newer and more junior consultants.
