You have to have the right personality to work here. Being a startup that is in a massive growth phase, things change very quickly and you have to be willing to adapt. Additionally, sometimes long hours and weekend work is necessary to complete your workload. However, because we value the mission of the company, people don't get burned out.

Schedule flexiblity still requires you to accept jobs in batches, without a definitive release date for each batch, and if you do not accept enough tasks in the timeframe you will be removed from the project. Timers do not pay if the task extends beyond the prescribed limit, and workers are encouraged to submit lower times regardless of the actual work required. For some tasks this is an extra 5 minutes, for others it could be an extra 20 hours.
