Good salary and opportunity to test new things

Management is really poor. Portuguese directors are just director in the job title because at the end the German management say to them what they need to do and they never fight back. German management is very poor and no strategic vision at all. They are lucky because of the market they work for otherwise they already bankrupt the company due to the high penalties for not complying and vision lacking

Most workers are senior and very proactive (tendency to change over time because the management is insufferable)

Upper management has past known episodes of harassment; Salary reviews are pretty much nothing (the quarter before the yearly salary reviews is "oddly" always a bad one)
