Excellent management at the store level. Great place to work.

Hard to get time off, although you get tons of PTO. Regional management was a pain.

The pay is competitive, my coworkers have been great to work with, and most of the management team has been supportive and professional.

My main frustration has been with advancement opportunities. I have been with the company for two years and have applied for promotions multiple times at two different store locations. In one case, I even received a verbal offer for a position, but the final decision was later changed by the district manager in favor of another candidate.
